Our mission is to bring honest pilates to the community. Our instructors are experienced, inspirational and varied. Our pilates is a meditative fitness experience that will benefit your body, mind and soul. Our classes are small and personal. Set in a small serene studio with motivational music we bring you a physical therapy that’s effective and fun.
Sara and Hannah met with like minds in Jan 2013 and along with some other great instructors and mentors along the way, found what is The Pilates Rooms today. We continue to learn and grow.
Founder & Owner
With 10 years training and experience in the marketing and business world and (hmm!)over 10 years training and experience in the pilates, rehab and fitness world, Sara is well placed to run The Pilates Rooms. “I work hard to give you an inspirational pilates studio with experienced teachers, small classes and effective workouts” Sara juggles caring for 3 young children with running the business. At the moment doesn’t have time for hobbies! Her qualifications: BSc Marketing Management, Exercise to Music (ETM) Instructor, STOTT Pilates Essential and Intermediate Reformer Pilates, STOTT Pilates Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Matwork Pilates, The Art and Science of Stretching and Flexibility course
A very experienced teacher, Hannah was classically trained in 2009 and a class act! Hannah connects your body to mind with powerful inspirational routines, never the same twice. Her classes are fresh, upbeat and effective! When shes not teaching, she cares for young family with a little interior decorating thrown in!
With a dance background and more recent pilates and rehab training, Stacey brings a wonderful combination of discipline and flow to her classes. She understands how the body should work and move and has the ability to teach all her clients to do the same. When not in TPR, you will find Stacey singing and playing guitar in a local band! She has 1 daughter.
From a personal training background, Tracey offers a strong, dynamic class. She understands the body and how to get the best out of it. She brings strength of mind and body to her class and takes no prisoners! When shes not teaching at TPR, she juggles teaching pilates in London with looking after her 2 young boys.
Journeying from Sports rehab and injury prevention to pilates training and then more recent yoga appreciation, Carly brings a comprehensive repertoire to all of her classes. Carly has a genuine desire to help people realise the amazingness of their bodies and its power to unlock and open the mind using release alignment and balance in all things. When Carly is not teaching, you can probably find her teaching in a yoga retreat somewhere hot and exotic! Her qualifictions: BSc. I was first introduced to pilates at a very young age but didnt at the time take it seriously as my main focus was dance. Having the knowledge I have now, I wish I had taken it more seriously as it may have prevented me from getting injured so frequently. Isnt hindsight a wonderful thing?! After graduating from Laine Theatre Arts I travelled the world doing what I loved most, dancing. Then, having returned to London, I wasnted tp rekindle the relationship I had with pilates again. This time I feel in love and believe it to be an incredible technique that has wonderful benefits for everyone. I knew this was something I wanted to share by teaching. My aim is to help clients re-connect with their bodies and to encourage a healthier, more aligned body. I enjoy teaching people from every physical background and level. You will come out of my session feeling less stressed and more physically connected. I am trained to teach all Matwork levels from beginners to advanced, Reformer and Barre Pilates.

I absolutely love teaching classes which have a cardio rush and muscle endurance push. They're an essential part of keeping healthy inside and out. I bring energy to every class to motivate clients to push themselves further to reach their fitness targets and improve their generous health. My training includes Group Fitness Instructor (Level 2), Barre Concept, Core Stability Cert. Team ICG Indoor Cycling with YMCA.

With over fifteen years of experience, I am passionate about the mental & physical results a good spin class can achieve. For me, it's all about the music! I create varied playlists with a heavy beat to encourage and motivate you to push you outside your comfort zone. You can expect plenty of hills with high resistance. I aim for you to reach that natural high and leave you feeling uplifted.
