I was first introduced to pilates at a very young age but didnt at the time take it seriously as my main focus was dance. Having the knowledge I have now, I wish I had taken it more seriously as it may have prevented me from getting injured so frequently. Isnt hindsight a wonderful thing?! After graduating from Laine Theatre Arts I travelled the world doing what I loved most, dancing. Then, having returned to London, I wasnted tp rekindle the relationship I had with pilates again. This time I feel in love and believe it to be an incredible technique that has wonderful benefits for everyone. I knew this was something I wanted to share by teaching. My aim is to help clients re-connect with their bodies and to encourage a healthier, more aligned body. I enjoy teaching people from every physical background and level. You will come out of my session feeling less stressed and more physically connected. I am trained to teach all Matwork levels from beginners to advanced, Reformer and Barre Pilates.

With over fifteen years of experience, I am passionate about the mental & physical results a good spin class can achieve. For me, it's all about the music! I create varied playlists with a heavy beat to encourage and motivate you to push you outside your comfort zone. You can expect plenty of hills with high resistance. I aim for you to reach that natural high and leave you feeling uplifted.

I am a big believer in the positive effects, both mental and physical, exercise can bring - it has certainly helped me maintain balance amidst the challenges of bringing up 3 girls! I love the buzz and freedom of road cycling, especially with others. I also run (or 'escape' as my husband would say!) regularly and have dabbled in triathlon. I have taught indoor cycling for over 4 years now and love it! Its great exercise for everyone - regardless of fitness level. You can work hard but at your own individual fitness level within the same sociable class! Whatever your reason for coming, whether it be increased fitness, weight loss or simply to have fun, I will motivate you with fantastic tunes and fun sessions! I am a qualified Spinning Instructor and Level 2 British Cycling coach.

Grace Lilly-white

Grace trained with the Pilates Foundation in both mat work and machine work at Laban in 2010 and completed her Pilates Foundation specialist training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates with Rachel Rafiefar later that year. This began her interest in working with women at this pivotal time in their lives and she has gone on to train further with those leading the pre and postnatal industry such as Janet Balaskas, Carolyne Anthony and Nadia Narain. Workshops attended have included Active Birth, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Dysfunction, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, the Pelvic Floor, Pregnancy Yoga and Nutrition for Postnatal Healing. With the knowledge she has accumulated from her continuous professional development, her experience with postnatal women and her own body after having 2 children, Grace has developed her own programme of teaching techniques to improve abdominal function and Diastasis Recti in postnatal women. She has worked successfully with many women with Pelvic Girdle Pain both pre and postnatally. She has also successfully rehabilitated sciatica, sacro-iliac joint problems, disc issues and general back pain in the pre and postnatal period. In 2017 she was asked by the Pilates Foundation to head their new Pregnancy and Postnatal workshops for qualified teachers alongside her fantastic colleague, Anja Schall. The programme includes a workshop on supporting mums through the fourth trimester and a full weekend of learning to allow Pilates teachers to specialise in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates.
