She is passionate about helping people to move better, as well as encouraging them to be freer in mind, thus feeling better. A very experienced teacher, Hannah was classically trained in 2009 and a class act! Hannah connects your body to mind with powerful inspirational routines, never the same twice. Her classes are fresh, upbeat and effective! When shes not teaching, she cares for young family with a little interior decorating thrown in!
“I work full time in the City but have always had a passion for sport and pushing myself to achieve. I played Field Hockey in the Premier Division and represented the South East in multiple events and competitions. Performance sport has always played a big part of my life (some say I thrive off the competition!) so turning to Performance cycling after taking a break from the astro was a great fit. My classes are aimed of pushing you out of your comfort zone and seeing what you can really do, don’t worry - I always test them out on myself first, so we’re in this together! There’s no pushups or tap backs insight, it’s all about the ride, so if you love a bit of data or just want to take a step out of your comfort zone then come join me”
Feeling strong is empowering. Sculpting and defining long, lean muscles through strength training will not only make you look good, it will boost your mood, energy levels and confidence. As a massive fitness enthusiast, I have spent many hours in the gym focusing on circuit training. I have taken part in endurance running, studied Yoga, Pilates and in recent years have focused my training on Muay Thai, a martial art often called Thai boxing. I am a big believer in training and challenging the body in different ways. Strength training sessions are a fantastic addition to any training program, supporting other sports, disciplines and our bodies in daily life. In our sessions we will work on strengthening mind and body. We will use body weight moves, free weights, the functional trainer as well as cardio boxing moves to raise the heart rate, burn calories and vent stress

‘My pilates journey started in South Africa in 2011 and it took me many years to really appreciate it's full holistic influence on the body. I currently teach private 121 sessions tailored to the individual's needs and goals. Pilates perfectly compliments all ages and fitness levels’ Liz is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher who offers amazing 121 classes. She expertly pinpoints your weaknesses and strengths and can tailor very effective and enjoyable sessions.

With 10 years training and experience in the marketing and business world and (hmm!)over 10 years training and experience in the pilates, rehab and fitness world, Sara is well placed to run The Pilates Rooms. “I work hard to give you an inspirational pilates studio with experienced teachers, small classes and effective workouts” Sara juggles caring for 3 young children with running the business. At the moment doesn’t have time for hobbies! Her qualifications: BSc Marketing Management, Exercise to Music (ETM) Instructor, STOTT Pilates Essential and Intermediate Reformer Pilates, STOTT Pilates Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Matwork Pilates, The Art and Science of Stretching and Flexibility course
I am a big believer in the positive effects, both mental and physical, exercise can bring - it has certainly helped me maintain balance amidst the challenges of bringing up 3 girls! I love the buzz and freedom of road cycling, especially with others. I also run (or 'escape' as my husband would say!) regularly and have dabbled in triathlon. I have taught indoor cycling for over 4 years now and love it! Its great exercise for everyone - regardless of fitness level. You can work hard but at your own individual fitness level within the same sociable class! Whatever your reason for coming, whether it be increased fitness, weight loss or simply to have fun, I will motivate you with fantastic tunes and fun sessions! I am a qualified Spinning Instructor and Level 2 British Cycling coach.
Susan enjoys the combined benefits of Pilates and Indoor Cycling for mental and physical health. Indoor cycling really took her fitness to a new level, she enjoyed it so much that it inspired her to become an instructor. She enjoys teaching endurance and strength classes. Of course, it is all about the music, trendy remixes are often on the playlist with some retro and occasional show tunes. Susan has a thirteen-year-old daughter and believes in being a positive role model by exercising and making healthy food choices, this is particularly important given the challenges teen girls face these days. Susan works full time for a global technology corporation and enjoys the escape of teaching Indoor Cycling to reduce stress and meeting new people.
From a personal training background, Tracey offers a strong, dynamic class. She understands the body and how to get the best out of it. She brings strength of mind and body to her class and takes no prisoners! When shes not teaching at TPR, she juggles teaching pilates in London with looking after her 2 young boys.
